Block 9

In 2019 I was part of a small scenic crew working the build and take down for Block 9 in the South East corner of the festival

Lots of the work involved refurbishing existing scenery that had been painted by other scenics previously, so colour-matching and blending in was key for the time on site before arrival of 210,000 ticket holders.

Also working after the festival for the take down.

There is always the added challenge of being on site with festival work. Working with the Block 9 crew at Glastonbury mean working fast to get each stage painted to a deadline.
