Scenic work painting stages and sets for festivals, events and experiences
Bakehouse create immersive, theatrical events. Here is a selection of work I have done with them in their Bristol workshop, from Barbie: You can be Anything to Merryhall's giant Easter egg...
Pickle Street is an immersive playspace on East Street in Bristol, for children up to age 7.
I was asked by owner Emily to add some scenic elements into the street, so I introduced some faux surfaces: brick, concrete, stonework and a sprayed mural (a nod to Bristol's full moon bar!) all feature.

2024 for Global Street Art, this installation feat. giant rabbit and carrots at Warren Street Station was made and painted in Cardiff with a small team.
I designed and painted large elements of the new escape rooms in Plymouth, October 2020 for the following themes:
-
Witchcraft and Wizardry
-
Area 51
-
Submarine
A challenge which involved creating several different textural surfaces and details to give that extra immersive feel to the rooms.
Woodgrain doors, faux stone, peeling paint, rust and flagstones were all done in a short space of time.
UNITY was part of the pageant for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee in 2022. This project from Cirque Bijou was designed by director Julian Bracey and muralist Zoe Power. I led the paint work for this gorgeous float, assisted by team: Phoebe Tonkin, Lucy Oates and Inga Jast.
